اللجنة الفرعية في محافظة البصرة تعزز دور القوى الناعمة في مواجهة التطرف عبر نشاط ثقافي

تنفيذاً لتوجيهات السيد النائب الإداري للمحافظ الأستاذ ماهر العامري، رئيس اللجنة الفرعية لمكافحة التطرف العنيف في محافظة البصرة، وضمن تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية، نظّمت اللجنة نشاطاً ثقافياً بعنوان “مداد الضياء في مواجهة عتمة الفكر”، وذلك بتاريخ ٢٠٢٦/٤/٢٩ على قاعة اتحاد أدباء وكتّاب البصرة، وبحضور نخبة من الأدباء والمثقفين.

وقدمت عضو اللجنة عن فريق القوى الناعمة الأستاذة زينب عبدالكريم عبدالله التميمي محاضرة توعوية تناولت دور الأدب في التصدي للتطرف، مؤكدة أن الكلمة تمثل أداة فاعلة في بناء الوعي ومواجهة الفكر المتشدد، من خلال تعزيز الحوار وترسيخ قيم الاعتدال والانفتاح.

وتضمنت الجلسة محاور متعددة شملت تعريف التطرف من الجوانب النفسية واللغوية، وتحليله من المنظور الأدبي والفلسفي، إضافة إلى دراسة أسبابه وتطوره في المجتمع، مع طرح حلول تستند إلى توظيف الأدب والخطاب الثقافي في بناء عقل نقدي واعٍ يسهم في تحقيق التعايش السلمي.

The Subcommittee in Basra Governorate Strengthens the Role of Soft Power in Countering Extremism through a Cultural Activity

In implementation of the directives of the Administrative Deputy Governor, Mr. Maher Al-Amiri, Chairman of the Subcommittee for Countering Violent Extremism in Basra Governorate, and within the implementation of the National Strategy, the subcommittee organized a cultural activity titled “The Ink of Light in Confronting the Darkness of Thought,” on 29 April 2026 at the Basra Union of Writers and Authors Hall, with the attendance of a group of writers and intellectuals.

A member of the committee representing the soft power team, Ms. Zainab Abdulkarim Abdullah Al-Tamimi, delivered an awareness lecture addressing the role of literature in countering extremism, emphasizing that the written word represents an effective tool in building awareness and confronting extremist thought through promoting dialogue and consolidating the values of moderation and openness.

The session included multiple themes covering the definition of extremism from psychological and linguistic perspectives, its analysis from literary and philosophical viewpoints, in addition to examining its causes and development within society, along with presenting solutions based on employing literature and cultural discourse in building a critical and aware mindset that contributes to achieving peaceful coexistence.
